We have a pretty nice week coming up! Declan will hopefully finish up his Ocean unit and we can decided if we are doing Dinosaurs,Weather or Down on the Farm next. Noah will finish up his 2nd unit of Machines for Science on Switched on Schoolhouse then begin his Simple Machines Lapbook from Hands of a Child. He will continue with his American Revolution one and take his first plunge into notebooking for History.. he seems totally ok with me throwing that at him..so we’ll see!
Monday is Travel Day with the HSing group.we’ve been unable to make most of them this year so we really want to. After that we will drop off another frozen meal to Robin and the family then head to Karate. Noah doesn’t have Culinary so that makes things easier for me!
Tuesday is Noah’s class in NY then Karate for him at 6:15. If all goes well Declan and Ziah will get some lessons in in the afternoon!
Wednesday I don’t think we have anything to do outside of the house so it will be a PACKED day of schooling. Noah has MMA at 7:30
Thursday Ziah has dance and Noah has the library then lots of schooling I hope! Noah and Declan both have Karate tonight.
Friday we have our first HS’ers park day if the weather is nice enough..I hope it is. We have Brock again so he’ll come with us! I hope to spend the afternoon doing more schooling.
Noah has less than 3 weeks now until he leaves for Michigan.. he has completed his Language Arts for the year, is almost done with his Science, he has a bit more math to do, History will go until we have to turn in his end of the year paperwork..but with more time freed up during the day we will likely get thru the 1800’s to the early 1900’s before we are ready to take summer break! His portfolio is up to date so once he;s done it’s just a matter of turning it in and writing 2 Letter’s of Intent and waiting for approval! I can’t believe I am already near that step again!!

Busy, busy, busy lady. Great going Noah on finishing up those Language Art lessons so early! Enjoy your trip to Michigan. Even though we do not have to turn in portfolio’s where I am from, I still keep one for each of my girls. It helps me to remember what they have learned and how they are progressing in each subject. My letter of intent does not have to go in until right before we being homeschooling in August or 30 days after we begin, but it sure does come up before you know it. Enjoy your busy week and have fun!

Busy Week!! We will be busy here too. I will have the 2 extra boys all week again. The tournament looked like tons of fun!! WTG to both Noah and Declan.
